About the role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll bridge technology, project delivery, and commercial success to ensure our customers get maximum value from our platforms:

  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Lead planning, scoping, system configuration, and deployment to deliver solutions tailored to each customer’s unique operational needs.

  • Own Technical & Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, working with the customer to implement their systems, troubleshoot configurations and remove roadblocks to successful go-live.

  • Bridge Delivery and Growth: Partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure delivered solutions align commercial goals and commitments, manage project scope and spot technical opportunities for added value.

  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Work alongside Training and Support teams to create clear handover documentation, deliver tailored onboarding and transition clients smoothly after go-live.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Channel customer feedback and technical insights back to our Product teams to streamline future deployments and shape new software releases.

About You

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Health & Care Tech Experience: A proven track record in a customer-facing role onboarding software solutions, ideally within the health and care sector.

  • Autonomous Problem-Solver: A self-starter who thrives on solving complex challenges independently, using sound judgment to deliver improved outcomes for customers.

  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Comfortable working dynamically across the Professional Services team, flexing across various projects based on customer demand.

  • Outstanding Communicator: Skilled at building trust with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts simply, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

  • Structured & Organised: Adept at managing project lifecycles, risks, and milestones to keep implementations on track and within scope.

Personal Attributes

We believe that technical skills and experience are only part of your story. At Mayden, our culture is built on how we work together to solve problems.

We're looking for someone who can answer \"yes\" to the following:

  • Do you take pride in your work and are you ready to bring your experience to the team?

  • Are you willing to work in a team and collaborate even when it’s hard?

Please note:

We use AI tools internally and externally as part of our work, we support our clients to use them thoughtfully, and we know many candidates will use them too. When used well, AI can be a helpful support to, but not a replacement for, human thinking, creativity or judgement.

We strongly encourage applicants to ensure their applications authentically reflect their own experience and capability. Our recruitment decisions are always made by people. We're interested in your skills, your curiosity, and how you approach problems.

If you choose to use AI tools for formatting or assistance, please use them ethically and responsibly, make it clear how and where you have used them, and take care to review and personalize your application accordingly.

Location and Flexibility

Our Approach to Work: Collaboration is one of our four company values - we work best when we collaborate face to face to build relationships and maintain communication. At the same time, some work may be carried out just as effectively alone and away from the office. We have therefore created a flexible 'place of work' policy that asks everyone to be where the work of the day is best completed and overall spend enough time in the office with others to maintain relationships and communication. Many people find this approach means they work in the office 3 or more days a week but this varies according to role and the work they have to do.

Successful applicants will be asked to complete a basic DBS check as part of their onboarding process. These checks are processed by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and will be paid for by Mayden.

Eligibility: You must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Please update your application with a UK passport or your share code and date of birth.
