Exciting opportunity for wait staff to work in a four star boutique hotel in the New Forest. We are recruiting for temporary Wait Staff to join our client in the New Forest, this is a temporary ongoing position working Wednesday to Sunday 4.00pm – 10.00pm, paying £8.91 p/h.
Duties will include, but not limited to:

Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food & beverages to guests

Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience

Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items


Personal Specification:

Good verbal communication skills and high awareness of customer service

Friendly and professional manner

High energy and stamina, with an ability to work for long hours standing

Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism

Patience and an ability to promote the menu in line with customer needs are highly valued

Good attention to detail and punctuality

Ideally have transport, due to location
