We are excited to be working in partnership with a well-established Optical Specialist who have a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity to join their team in the Farnham area! Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to provide all-round recruitment support.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience and knowledge of the recruitment process.
Duties:
- Conduct candidate searches via numerous platforms including LinkedIn, CV Library and Indeed.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls creating thorough notes.
- Create engaging content including an array of personalised messages against targeted candidate segments.
- Create a meaningful candidate pipeline, enabling successful recruitment against both personal and company targets/KPIs.
- Collaborate with the immediate Talent Acquisition team, the People Team and the wider business to work towards continuous improvement.
- Inform, engage and inspire candidates throughout their journey, whilst ensuring candidates are adequately vetted in line with requirements.
- Ensure all candidates are contacted in a timely manner.
- Manage and support the entire interview process. This may require some travel to different business locations.
- Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders throughout both businesses.
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings, acting as the recruitment SME offering advice and solutions where appropriate.
- Ensure the recruitment process is adhered to.
- Create and publish appealing job adverts for our website, key job boards and social media platforms.
- Service the LHC & THCP LinkedIn account with recruitment-related activities.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source the best talent in the industry.
- Attend occasional recruitment and business events as part of the recruitment team. This may include travel and overnight stays.
- Liaise and manage key recruitment partners ensuring a productive, proactive working relationship which ensures candidates receive an industry-leading experience.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, timekeeping, attendance and respect for company property.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required.
Experience:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Experience in 1 on 1 customer/candidate interaction.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Understanding of an effective candidate journey.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident, able to advise and challenge stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and explain policies and procedures.
- Experience in creating strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary: £25,000 Per year
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
