We are seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time Optical & Hearing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to provide outstanding support to customers while contributing to the efficiency of the stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience, alongside professional caregiving experience.
Duties:- Assisting customers with their optical needs, including routine examinations and purchasing eyewear.
- Conducting initial tests before customers see an optometrist.
- Preparing patients for examinations and operating relevant equipment.
- Helping customers choose appropriate frames and lenses based on their needs and lifestyle.
- Assisting customers with their hearing care needs.
- Conducting initial hearing tests.
- Assisting customers in selecting and adjusting hearing aids.
- Informing customers about the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or a caregiving environment
- Knowledge of relevant optical and hearing equipment
- Product knowledge would be an advantage
Working Hours: Working 4 days (Part-time) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday
