We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our clients dynamic healthcare team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the operating department. This position offers guaranteed work and the flexibility of block booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perioperative Patient Care: Assist in the preparation of the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment is available. Collaborate with the surgical team to provide comprehensive patient care during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Operating Department Practitioner.
- Relevant academic qualifications in ODP or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in perioperative care, preferably in a variety of surgical specialties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
