Maybush Medical Centre in Wakefield is recruiting a Care Navigator to join our friendly practice team. The successful candidate will receive patients, direct them to the appropriate services, and carry out a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Practice.
The role is Monday to Friday with alternating morning and afternoon shifts. You must be available to attend an interview on Wednesday 26 August.
