The firm operates across the full breadth of Financial Services, supporting leading organisations to deliver strategy, performance improvement, and operational efficiency.
You will join a high-impact consulting team delivering strategic and transformation programmes across areas including:
- Target Operating Model Design
- Strategy & Operations
- Value Creation & Cost Optimisation
- Transformation & Restructuring
- Performance Improvement & Growth Strategy
- Complex Transformation
- Data & AI
Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver complex, business-critical initiatives that create lasting impact.
About You
- 2–6 years’ experience in management consulting, ideally within a Big 4 or top-tier consultancy
- Strong experience in strategy, operating model design, transformation, or value creation within Financial Services (Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Investment/Wealth Management, or Insurance)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A collaborative, proactive mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
