As the firm continues to scale, they are looking to strengthen their Strategy & Operating Model Design capability with high-calibre consultants who want to play a meaningful role in shaping both client outcomes and the future growth of the business.
Working across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, Energy, Infrastructure, and the Public Sector, this consultancy supports organisations as they redefine strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver complex transformation programmes. Their work sits at the intersection of strategy, organisational design, and transformation delivery, helping clients translate strategic ambition into executable change.
Key areas of work:

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, helping to design and deliver complex, business-critical initiatives that create measurable and lasting impact.
About You:
- 2–6 years’ experience in management consulting, ideally from a Big 4 or leading strategy / transformation consultancy
- Experience delivering strategy, operating model design, organisational transformation, or enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high-growth consulting environment
