Our client is a well-known Consultancy that act as a trusted advisor to help clients understand their business’ challenges and opportunities, to inform effective strategic decision-making, and to design and implement transformational solutions to enable outstanding performance.

Consultants in their Strategy practice will:

· Utilise excellent analytical skills and business acumen to break down complex, multi-faceted business situations and identify key drivers for growth, performance and profitability

· Use advanced creative thinking, they design enterprise-wide solutions to transform client business models

· Deploy leading-edge human-centric methodologies, they ensure that solutions are implemented effectively, ensuring adoption and value realisation

Within this context, the client is looking for a specialist in Strategy, whose experience will include expertise in any of the of the following areas:

. Strategy

· Operating model design

· Enterprise-Wide Transformation

· Cost Strategy

· Operational Strategy

Successful candidates will additionally be able to demonstrate experience contributing to the growth of a management consulting practice in areas such as business development, practice development and thought leadership. Due to the nature of the projects you will need between 4-10 years of Consulting experience either in a large Consulting organisation or a recognised mid-tier firm.
