Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a growing boutique consultancy that is continuing to invest in its Strategy & Transformation capability following a number of recent client wins and sustained growth across multiple sectors. The firm works with leading organisations across Consumer, Retail, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Industrial sectors, helping clients tackle complex business challenges spanning strategy, operating model design, transformation and value creation.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and organisational change initiatives
- Working on large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through to execution
- Contributing to cost optimisation, value creation and business improvement initiatives
- Supporting digital, data and technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Engaging directly with senior stakeholders across a broad range of industries
- Helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges

- 2–6 years' experience within management consulting (Big 4, mid-tier or boutique)
