Maybridge Associates is currently partnering with a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is continuing to expand following a number of major client wins across both Financial Services and broader industry sectors. The firm delivers high-impact work across strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement, partnering with clients to solve complex business challenges and drive meaningful change. Their work spans sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, Energy, Infrastructure and the Public Sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting large-scale transformation and operating model programmes
  • Working on strategic and operational improvement initiatives market entry strategy projects
  • Contributing to digital, technology and data-enabled change projects
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across complex client environments
  • Helping clients move from strategic design through to delivery
  • Working across multiple sectors and a varied project portfolio
