Working across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, Energy, Infrastructure, and the Public Sector, this consultancy supports organisations as they redefine strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver complex transformation programmes. Their work sits at the intersection of strategy, organisational design, and transformation delivery, helping clients translate strategic ambition into executable change.

About You
- 2–6 years’ experience in management consulting, ideally from a Big 4 or leading strategy / transformation consultancy
- Experience delivering strategy, operating model design, organisational transformation, or enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high-growth consulting environment
