A high-growth boutique consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join its specialist Analytics team, helping some of the world's leading Financial Services organisations answer complex strategic questions through data, research and commercial insight.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional analytics or market research into a genuinely client-facing consulting role, where you'll combine quantitative analysis with strategic problem-solving to influence senior business decisions.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading quantitative research and analytics workstreams across strategic consulting engagements.
  • Designing research methodologies and selecting the most appropriate analytical techniques to solve client challenges.
  • Turning complex datasets into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
  • Working directly with senior client stakeholders across a variety of projects.
  • Supporting business development, proposal writing and thought leadership.
  • Coaching and developing junior consultants.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years' experience within a strategy consultancy, specialist analytics consultancy, market research agency or in-house insight function.
  • Strong quantitative research and analytical skills.
  • Experience delivering client-facing projects and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in solving strategic business problems.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Payments or other highly regulated sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why consider this opportunity?

  • Join a growing boutique consultancy with ambitious expansion plans.
  • Work on high-profile strategic engagements rather than purely operational analytics.
  • Significant client exposure and responsibility from day one.
  • Collaborative culture with direct access to senior leadership.
