As part of this expansion, the firm is looking to hire exceptional consultants at multiple levels to join their high-performing team delivering work of genuine national importance.
This consultancy partners with clients across the Defence, Government, Intelligence, and National Security sectors—supporting transformation, strategy, and innovation at the highest levels. Their assignments span a diverse range of focus areas, including:
- Strategy & Organisational Design
- Complex & Digital Transformation
- Operating Model Design
- Business Analysis & Product Development
- Data & Solutions Architecture
- Real Estate Advisory
You’ll be joining a collaborative, close-knit team of experienced consultants who work directly with senior client stakeholders on complex, intellectually stimulating challenges. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on projects that truly matter.
To be considered, you will have:
- 4–12 years’ experience within management consulting (strategy, transformation, or related disciplines)
- Active UK Security Vetting at DV (Developed Vetting) level or above
