Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a high-growth boutique consultancy that is continuing to scale its Financial Services practice following a number of recent client wins. The firm works closely with leading institutions across Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance, delivering work that sits at the intersection of strategy, operating model design and large-scale transformation. Their focus is on bridging the gap between strategy and execution — ensuring change is not only well designed, but delivered effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the design and implementation of Target Operating Models across complex FS organisations
- Contributing to enterprise-wide transformation programmes, from strategy through to execution
- Working on value creation and cost optimisation initiatives
- Supporting digital and data-led transformation within large, multi-stakeholder environments
- Engaging directly with senior stakeholders and contributing to client delivery from an early stage
What they’re looking for:
- ~2–6 years’ experience within management consulting (Big 4 or boutique)
- Alternatively, experience from a top-tier FS graduate programme with exposure to strategy or change
- Background within Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth/Asset Management or Insurance)
- Experience across strategy, TOM, or transformation delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in client-facing environments
- Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial setting
Why consider this:
- High visibility and early responsibility within client engagements
- Opportunity to be part of building out a growing FS capability
- Exposure to end-to-end transformation work, not just slideware
- A genuinely entrepreneurial culture, with strong collaboration and access to senior leadership
