Maybridge Associates is partnering with a growing consultancy that is making a significant investment in its Data & Analytics capability. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced consulting leader who wants to do more than simply inherit an established practice. The successful individual will have genuine influence over the future direction of the capability – helping shape its propositions, market positioning, client strategy and continued growth.
The firm already has an established track record delivering complex Data, Digital and Technology transformation, with work spanning Data Strategy, Operating Models, AI and GenAI, Data Transformation and Analytics.
The role will combine three core areas:
- Leading major Data & Analytics transformation programmes and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Helping shape and grow key client relationships, identifying opportunities and leading strategic business development
- Building and developing the Data capability itself – evolving propositions, go-to-market strategy, thought leadership and the team around it
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- Significant experience within Management Consulting
- Deep expertise across Data Strategy, AI & GenAI, Data Transformation and/or Data & Analytics
- A track record of leading complex client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial and business development experience
- Experience developing teams, propositions or consulting capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to have a greater personal impact on the business they are part of
For someone currently operating within a larger consulting environment, this represents an opportunity to have a much more visible footprint – combining high-quality client work with genuine influence over where the practice invests, how the capability develops and its strategic direction over the coming years.
