Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation

Maybridge Associates is supporting a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is continuing to build its Strategy & Transformation capability following strong growth and a number of significant client wins across the private sector.

As part of this continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Senior Manager who can combine strong client delivery with the ability to lead teams, shape engagements and contribute to the wider development of the business.

The firm works with leading organisations across Consumer, Retail, Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences and Industrials, helping clients address complex strategic, operational and transformation challenges.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the quality and variety of consulting work but is looking for greater ownership, closer access to senior clients and the opportunity to play a visible role in the growth of a consultancy.

At Senior Manager level, you would typically be responsible for:

• Leading complex strategy and transformation engagements from initial problem definition through to implementation
• Designing and delivering Target Operating Models, organisational structures and broader operating model transformation
• Leading large-scale business transformation, performance improvement and complex change programmes
• Managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders
• Leading and developing consulting teams across multiple engagements
• Shaping proposals, developing client opportunities and supporting account growth
• Playing an active role in capability development, recruitment and the wider development of the business

They are keen to speak with experienced management consultants who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience within a recognised consulting environment, ideally Big 4, major consulting firm, established mid-tier or high-quality boutique
• A track record of leading strategy, operating model, transformation, complex change or performance improvement programmes
• Experience working with private-sector organisations
• Strong programme leadership and senior stakeholder management capability
• Experience leading and developing consulting teams
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with an interest in helping shape and grow a consulting business

You will have the opportunity to play a genuinely influential role in the growth of an ambitious consultancy, with greater ownership, visibility and access to senior leadership than you would typically find in a larger firm. Alongside leading high-profile client engagements, you will help shape key accounts, propositions and teams while building a strong platform for long-term progression.
