Main duties and responsibilities:- To be familiar with the menu and beverage list and to be able to make recommendations to guests accordingly.
- To be responsible for the end of the day report and the cashing up in absence of the Restaurant Manager, to present the bill and handling cash and credit cards.
- To ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about the menu and that coaching will be provided when needed.
- To take drinks and food order to the departmental standards.
- To assist the team in serving customers when necessary.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
