Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring prompt escalation and temporary signage where applicable.
- Following procedures with security for logging lost property items.
- Supporting with the set up and shut down of poolside cabana treatments for members and guests.
- Collecting deliveries from the loading bay and delivering back to site level.
- Greeting and supporting guests throughout their journey; remembering returning members and anticipating preferences wherever possible.
- Following brand grooming and etiquette standards; wearing full uniform during each shift.
- Participating in briefings and training; upholding Surrenne’s values of hospitality and excellence.
- Assisting with any other reasonable duties as directed by the Wellness Manager or Head Attendant.
