We are seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join the Maybourne Sales team in Corporate Office. Maybourne owns and manages Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riviera and The Emory – six of the world's most renowned hotels, and Surrenne – wellbeing and longevity Member’s Club. Our hotels have histories that stretch back over a century. And, while each one retains its timeless appeal and individual nature, we are committed to ensuring they are always in tune with the wants and wishes of today’s discerning guests.
As a Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- To be responsible for the daily running of the office, ensuring that urgent client queries by telephone and email are always answered/actioned in an appropriate manner.
- To ensure the telephones are answered quickly and efficiently, and in the hospitable manner appropriate for Maybourne.
- In conjunction with other administrative staff, to ensure the emails/telephones are adequately covered during business hours and that calls are directed to the relevant colleague or detailed messages are taken and actioned as appropriate.
- To monitor incoming emails of the Sales team when they are away from the office.
- To ensure all incoming leads are researched and passed to the appropriate Sales Manager with the details added to Salesforce (the sales database and record system).
- To enter notes, contacts and correspondence, where applicable, into Salesforce.
- To co-ordinate invitations and responses to showcases, presentations and plan travel agency and MICE Fam trips and other promotional events.
- To assist with the preparation of all presentations and to assist in planning new starter Inductions with hotel teams.
