We are seeking an enthusiastic Events & Groups Coordinator to join the Claridge’s Events department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete all administrative tasks for the Events & Groups Office.
  • Support the Events & Groups Team where necessary in daily operational tasks.
  • Manage small in‑house guest meetings and internal meetings when they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests’ needs to create exceptional experiences.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and commitment to consistent quality.
  • Excellent customer‑care skills and ability to deal with high‑profile clients professionally.
