We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the The Connaught Grill team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel – The Connaught. The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless running of our daily operations and in delivering an unparalleled guest experience. You will be the driving force behind service excellence, team leadership, and operational efficiency — stepping into the Restaurant Manager’s shoes when needed.
Responsibilities
- Leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Managing staff scheduling and performance.
