We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Head Chef to join our Hélène Darroze team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel – The Connaught. To arrive at The Connaught is to belong. The Role

As Head Chef you will work closely with Hélène Darroze and the Executive Head Chef to lead the brigade and to continue to develop the creativity of Hélène Darroze at The Connaught. Working with the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients and within a highly talented brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus and the running of the fine dining kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • You will be passionate about working in a quality, renowned food environment and be an excellent manager who motivates and develops your brigade.
  • You will take a hands‑on approach to your role and be able to organise and prioritise to ensure quality and service delivery.
  • With this in mind, you will have proven experience ideally at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level within a top-quality restaurant or hotel environment and proven experience within a Michelin environment is essential for this role.
