Maybourne We are seeking an exceptional Director of Performance Marketing to join the Maybourne Marketing team. The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and increasing direct bookings through data-driven, omni-channel marketing strategies. Main responsibilities of the Director of Performance Marketing role include but are not limited to: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, metasearch, and retargeting. Optimize marketing spend across channels and markets using data, testing, and attribution models. Collaborate with brand, CRM, eCommerce, and revenue management teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Monitor and analyse performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) Identify and capitalize on market trends and guest behaviour insights in the luxury travel space. Ensure the digital customer journey reflects the luxury positioning and values of the brand. Support loyalty and personalization initiatives through targeted digital strategies. Manage performance marketing budgets and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting. Successful candidates for our Director of Performance Marketing opportunity will have: ~8+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands. ~ Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. ~ Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
