Digital Transformation Executive

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As the Digital Transformation Executive, you will also be responsible to provide administrative and operations support to the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and Digital department.
Main responsibilities of the Digital Transformation Executive role include but are not limited to:
- Manage calendars and schedule internal and external appointments for the CDIO & Senior Digital Leadership team.
- Provide administrative and operations support on any projects being delivered by the Digital Department.
- Provide administrative and operations support for existing systems in use across Maybourne HQ and our Hotels/Properties, both in the UK and Internationally.
- Work closely with third party agency partners on any active projects as needed.
- Make international travel arrangements and arrange accommodation for the Digital Department management team and vendor partner resources.
- Manage the processing and approvals of PO’s and invoices on a continual basis.
- Provide the CDIO with support maintaining budgets and spend where required.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and events – coordinate internal and external guest invites and supporting the Digital management team in liaising with external partners.
- Maintain best practice coordination of all projects and responsibilities of the CDIO and Digital department, including reporting via weekly updates to the CDIO.
- Taking and distributing minutes of meetings, maintaining action logs and following up on action items in a timely manner.
- Handle internal and external email and digital channel correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the CDIO and Senior Management team where needed.
- Maintain and update all departmental files and document repositories on an ongoing basis via Shared drives and cloud storage systems.
- Perform any other administrative and/or operations support duties as required.
Successful candidates for our Digital Transformation Executive opportunity will have:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, co-ordinator or similar role
- Bachelor\’s degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and other office or collaboration software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, decision-making and proactive problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Customer-oriented mindset and service skills
