Digital Solutions Manager – Hospitality

Working closely with the Director, Digital Shared Services and Director, Technology Operations, the Digital Solutions Manager – Hospitality will oversee all service management, solution lifecycle management and optimisation of our hospitality technology ecosystem that supports the hotels, corporate and other business ventures marketed by Maybourne (retain, lifestyle, membership, residences etc.)

This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of systems, driving digital innovation, and enhancing the overall guest and operational experience through technology solutions. The role will work at the intersection of business, technology and operations, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the Digital Solutions Manager – Hospitality role include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate on the end-to-end lifecycle management of hospitality systems, products, solutions and integrations across the enterprise with internal teams and 3rd parties, inclusive of planning, scope definition, experience design, service design, solution design, implementation, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, service readiness, support and maintenance.
  • Lead cross-functional digital projects, from business case development to deployment, ensuring clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and successful rollouts.
  • Ensure all hospitality solutions, integrations and 3rd party vendors comply with industry regulations, data processing standards, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, PCI compliance and Maybourne policies.
  • Lead efforts to build a cohesive technology ecosystem, integrating various platforms to enable smooth data flow, improved reporting, and enhanced guest personalization.
  • Spearhead integration initiatives between systems (APIs, middleware, iPaaS), ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable data exchanges across platforms.
  • Oversee hospitality solutions upgrades and patch release cycles across portfolio.
  • Maintain solution blueprints and service standards for hospitality solutions.
  • Conduct periodic audits to manage compliance with technology governance and solutions design standards for implementations, integrations and data integrity.
  • Champion cultural and organisational process changes needed to deliver the strategic hospitality solutions roadmap and optimise operations across the enterprise.
  • Develop and Institute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hospitality solutions digital operations to streamline governance and cross-functional processes.
  • Collaborate with the business on cross-functional projects to enhance overall customer service and operational efficiencies with the hospitality solutions ecosystem.
  • Establish and maintain operational and annual budgeting for hospitality digital solutions.
  • Work closely with technology vendors, solution providers, and consultants to evaluate new tools, manage implementations, and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop user training materials and support frameworks to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions by property and corporate teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in hospitality (AI, IoT, Mobile Key, Digital ID, Agentic Solutions, etc.) and recommend pilots or scalable initiatives.

Successful candidates for our Digital Solutions Manager – Hospitality opportunity will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
