We are seeking a talented Waiter/ess to join the Dante Mayfair team at Claridge's on a casual basis.

Role Overview

  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests, while ensuring service is smooth, prompt and professional.
  • Managing guests' requests and coordinating with the Head Waiter and Commis Waiters.
  • Performing all aspects of service and assuming Head Waiter duties when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety legislation.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the food menu and drinks programme.

  • Demonstrated dedication to Claridge's and a commitment to consistent quality in product and service.
  • Ability to provide intuitive service and understand guests' needs to create exceptional experiences.
  • Motivated, creative, with experience in a five‑star or fine‑dining environment.
  • Passion for food and quality products, a team player, avid learner, and eager to be challenged and developed.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
