We are seeking a driven Telecommunications Assistant to join the Telecommunications team at Claridge’s. Claridge’s Telecommunications department are the calm, composed voices behind the scenes that keep the entire guest experience seamlessly connected. As a Telecommunications Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming and internal calls for the London hotels and corporate office, politely and efficiently, according to our company minimum standards manual.
- Taking accurate messages for guests and management.
- Providing an intuitive service, helping to create renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Monitoring, responding and/or forwarding live chats from guests using Alliants live chat web interface.
Successful candidates for our Telecommunications Assistant opportunity will:
- Have a clear, pleasant speaking voice, with a fluent level of spoken and written English.
- Possess excellent typing skills.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Ideally have worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, however this is not a prerequisite.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
