Main duties and responsibilities include being fully versed with book4time, knowcross, and Peoplevine. You should be able to explain how to use the Peoplevine app to any guests or members who have questions regarding this. Manage and facilitate new member onboarding processes, maintaining the willingness to contribute to any other duties assigned to ensure member needs are addressed and implemented. Ensure the timely delivery of renewal invoices, member notices, mailing lists, and other retention communications including preparation of membership reports and data. Ensure the Surrenne team are aware of any updates to the membership offering and any new members and member preferences. Be familiar with all members by their preferred name and be knowledgeable regarding their preferences. Contribute to maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
