We are seeking a driven Entertainment Manager to join the Claridge’s team. Maybourne operates some of the world’s most extraordinary hotels, including Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley and The Emory in London, the Maybourne Beverly Hills and the Maybourne Riviera in the South of France, where exceptional experiences and stories of distinction are crafted that celebrate the design and character of every destination.

This role will work with the current Entertainment Manager to share the responsibility for:

  • Contributing to the positioning of Claridge’s as the leading industry partner for press junkets, artists stays and promotional events.
  • Contributing to achieving budgeted revenue targets by working effectively with the Global Sales team, ensuring proactive communication, strategic alignment, and strong support for all commercial initiatives.
  • Developing and executing monthly engagement plans targeting major film studios to secure junket business, collaborating closely with global sales teams.
  • Entertaining existing and potential clients to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Meeting prospective clients and conducting show‑rounds for both arranged appointments and ad hoc visitors, for entertainment business.
  • Developing creative and innovative ideas with the hotel operations teams for junkets and related events.
  • Supporting as needed the day‑to‑day delivery of film junkets in collaboration with the Banqueting & Events team, ensuring seamless logistics, high service standards, and the smooth execution of all operational requirements.
