The Role: As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will balance high‑level strategic planning with a hands‑on approach to daily operations, navigating the fast‑paced demands of a 5‑star luxury environment with agility and commercial precision. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a high‑level advisor to the Managing Director and Executive Committee, translating complex financial data into bold, actionable business strategies.
  • Move seamlessly from strategy to the “front lines,” working hands‑on with Department Heads to master their P&Ls and optimise margins.
  • Drive a high‑pace culture by delivering sharp, rolling weekly forecasts that allow the hotel to pivot resources in real‑time.
  • Identify and seize revenue opportunities across F&B, Rooms, and Spa, ensuring every luxury service is backed by a robust ROI.
  • Transform the finance function into a proactive service department, mentoring a high‑performing team to deliver excellence at speed.
