We are seeking a talented Waiter/ess to join the Dante Mayfair team at Claridge's on a casual basis.
Role Overview
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests, while ensuring service is smooth, prompt and professional.
- Managing guests' requests and coordinating with the Head Waiter and Commis Waiters.
- Performing all aspects of service and assuming Head Waiter duties when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety legislation.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the food menu and drinks programme.
Requirements
- Demonstrated dedication to Claridge's and a commitment to consistent quality in product and service.
- Ability to provide intuitive service and understand guests' needs to create exceptional experiences.
- Motivated, creative, with experience in a five‑star or fine‑dining environment.
- Passion for food and quality products, a team player, avid learner, and eager to be challenged and developed.
