Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required as instructed by the Head Breakfast Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors on a daily basis to ensure clear communication and effective delivery of product and to understand the basis of all profile and bookings.
  • Ordering of food for the section in the absence of the Head Breakfast Chef.
  • To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
  • To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared, and on time.
