Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist Guest Services Team with arrival and departure process, ensuring a seamless and discreet service.
  • Assist the Guest Liaison Team with organising unpacking and packing via the Valet team of guest luggage.
  • Continue developing and updating guest profiles by noting preferences, logging and communicating with colleagues to define and enhance the service offering.
  • Work alongside the Guest Services Team to coordinate arrivals and departures.
  • Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
