Main duties and responsibilities:
  • To be immaculately presented and well-groomed at all times.
  • To be able to make and present drinks, cocktails, wine to standards set by Emory Bar and Bar 33.
  • To maintain and carry out the cleaning duties to the standard set by the bar SOPs.
  • To maintain par stock levels and order required wines and spirits following the bar requisitioning procedures.
  • To correctly fill out and update the par stock system in the bar storage.
  • To assist in stocktaking of the Bar and keep tight stock control.
  • To have a thorough understanding of and adhere to the Licensing laws.
  • To have mise-en-place ready before service.
  • To have full knowledge of the food and drink sold in the bar.
  • To assist in creating new cocktail list.
  • To be able to operate all equipment used for the bar.
  • To ensure that copy of cellar order is left for inspection.
  • To ensure that all drinks transfers are signed and copy is left for manager.
