Main duties and responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with the Executive Pastry Chef/Head Baker produce all bread products needed by the hotel.
  • Plan menus, recipes and test samples.
  • Be responsible for the production of breakfast bread products in the Bakery.
  • Ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the Bakery Kitchen.
  • Supervise and correct cooking standards to maintain a high quality of food and service on a daily basis.
  • Inspect daily all fresh food received to ensure the quality is maintained.
  • Contribute to maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
