We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time In room Dining Coordinator to join our team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.
Responsibilities:
- To answer all incoming calls into the In Room Dining Office, dealing with general enquiries and taking messages as appropriate.
- To ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain The Connaught Richey standards and achieve total guest satisfaction adding to the guest experience.
- To report guest complaints to In-Room Dining Manager or delegate immediately.
- To co-operate with members of staff in other departments, especially back of house and Housekeeping to fulfil guests’ requirements.
- To ensure 360 degree communication to provide consistent, intuitive service
- To be a focal part of the development of a strong team culture and ethos which supports high levels of guest service delivery, effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Attend department/hotel training sessions and meetings as required. Fully support Connaught and Maybourne training initiatives at all times.
- Be fully conversant with the Maybourne Employee Handbook and ensure that practice is adopted at all times.
