Claridge’s in London is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the Main Kitchen. Working alongside talented chefs, you will prepare dishes to exacting standards and support a fast-paced, disciplined and collaborative team committed to exceptional dining.
You will assist with mise-en-place, portion control and stock rotation, help maintain clean kitchen areas, and collaborate with Chef de Parties and other Commis Chefs to deliver outstanding service for events up to 1,000 guests daily.
