Concierge Coordinator you will be responsible for
- Coordinating the administration tasks of the department, based in the back office to provide a support function to the front-line Concierge team.
- Responsible for our guests’ pre-arrival correspondence to ensure their stay with Claridge’s is a unique and smooth experience, as well as being a source of information for our in-house guests, assisting with any queries or wishes they might have.
- Providing a sound knowledge of the local environment, such as restaurants, shopping areas and places of interest, particularly within the London area.

- Have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
