Waiter/ Waitress to join the In Room Dining team at Claridge’s.

In Room Dining operates straight from the kitchen to the guest’s door, delivering the classic Claridge’s experience in the privacy and comfort of their room.

You will present beautifully prepared dishes with grace, precision and discretion, creating memorable moments in intimate settings.

Responsibilities

• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional, within our guest’s rooms.
• Set up of trollies and trays and delivery of both food and beverage to guest rooms and suites.
• Supporting all the team, including the Head Waiters, other Waiters and Coordinator.
• Engaging professionally with our guests staying in the hotel.
• Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.
• Successful candidates
• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
• Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
• You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English.
