We are looking for a talented and passionate
Casual Spa Receptionist to join The Connaught Aman Spa team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests / visitors to the spa. Ability to create a very professional welcoming atmosphere.
- Undertake tours and show rounds of promoting both Spa and Leisure facilities
- Oversee and manage all bookings for spa treatments, personal training.
- Up selling, promoting our services and facilities.
- Advising clients of treatment would best suit them. (Being knowledgeable about the services that we offer).
- Processing vouchers, membership and mail order product sales.
- Arranging product display and reception area.
