Assistant Director of
Learning & Development you will be responsible for
- Facilitating learning and development programmes within Claridge’s and across the Maybourne.
- Training and programme delivery.
- Promoting learning and development at Claridge’s both internally and externally, on and off the job and for employees within the Hotel.
- Represent Claridge's externally through our school and college partnerships, championing early careers.
- Driving service and quality standards through targeted solutions.
- Working closely with department heads and departmental trainers to ensure operational excellence.
- Championing inclusion and wellbeing initiatives within the hotel.
- Ensuring that learning and development programmes are accessible for all.
- Leading the design and delivery of training programmes and departmental specific training initiatives.
- Design and delivery of creative and impactful short training sessions within the departments.
Successful candidates will
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to support departments to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Have immaculate personal presentation.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak and deliver information to large groups of people.
- Have ideally worked within a similar role within a 5* luxury environment
