We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Control & Compliance to join us on a fixed term basis! The Head of FCC leads the financial statutory reporting, internal controls, and compliance function, overseeing critical third-party relationships including auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and shareholder finance stakeholders. This role drives financial discipline, governance and risk management across the Group.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the financial statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and internal audit team.
- Own group entity-based consolidation, statutory accounts, and shareholder reporting—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage external audits, regulatory reporting, and statutory filings (UK and international).
- Drive the Group’s tax strategy, including compliance.
