We are looking for a Junior eCommerce National Account Manager to join our brilliant eCommerce team and support them in this rapidly growing area of the business! This role will work closely with the Senior eCommerce Manager to execute key eCommerce initiatives, optimise digital shelf performance, improve conversion, and support retailer and marketplace growth plans. You will also support the growth of our online business across the EU10 region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and passionate about driving sales to build their career in a fast-paced international ecommerce environment.
What you will be doing:
- eCommerce Growth & Execution: Support delivery of the EU10 eCommerce growth strategy across key customers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels. Implement online merchandising plans to maximise visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales performance. Manage product listings, content optimisation, imagery, and digital shelf standards across priority retailers. Support promotional planning, campaign execution, and seasonal activations. Identify opportunities to improve online customer journeys and conversion performance.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, share, and profitability metrics. Analyse customer and channel performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Track key KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to the Senior eCommerce Manager. Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes with eCommerce insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Category, and Finance teams to ensure aligned execution. Support retailer account teams with eCommerce expertise, recommendations, and best practice. Coordinate with external agencies and platform partners where required.
- Market & Competitor Insight: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and category trends across EU10 markets. Stay updated on retailer platform developments, marketplace trends, and emerging eCommerce opportunities.
What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:
- Commercial experience from an FMCG background, eCommerce national account management would be beneficial.
- Understanding of key eCommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, basket size, and availability.
- Experience managing product content and digital shelf execution is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, retailer media platforms, or syndication tools would be a bonus!
