Here at Mayborn we are striving to be the No 1 Parent Care Company and to do this we are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team to help us on our journey by leading our performance and content strategy on Amazon. This will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a global company that is rapidly growing its eCommerce presence.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the strategic activation and optimisation of AMS campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
  • Manage day-to-day performance tracking, reporting, and budget optimisation across paid Amazon channels.
  • Own the development, execution, and continual refinement of Amazon A+ content, product listings, and brand storefronts.
  • Monitor and respond to performance insights using Amazon Brand Analytics, Retail Analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to align AMS strategy with broader commercial and marketing goals.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of all creative and content across the Amazon platform.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, such as category expansion, international marketplace scaling, or new Amazon ad beta features.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and tools to keep the channel competitive and compliant.

What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:

  • Experience in eCommerce, digital content, or online merchandising.
  • Track record of working with Amazon, particularly with AMS/Amazon Ads.
  • Experience with paid performance marketing, managing paid ad performance.
  • Deep understanding of digital shelf optimisation and eRetailer requirements.
  • Experience working with content management and syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, ChannelAdvisor).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon standards, GS1 data, and SEO principles.
