We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer who brings genuine creative energy, a curious mind, and an uncompromising eye for detail. If you're excited by design challenges, eager to learn and grow, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment where your work makes a real impact—we want to hear from you. Please submit your portfolio as part of your application. If you do not submit a portfolio your application will not be considered.
As a Junior Digital Designer, you'll be a core part of our Digital team, working alongside experienced designers and the Digital Creative Lead. You'll translate creative briefs into polished digital assets across multiple channels, from social media graphics to email campaigns, landing pages, and beyond. Your work will support everything from product launches to brand campaigns—each project an opportunity to develop your craft and make an impact. This role requires independence and collaboration in equal measure. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager to deliver on‑time, on‑brief, and you'll actively seek to raise the bar on every piece of work you create.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the concept and creation of digital campaign assets: banners, landing pages, email designs, social media graphics, PPC adverts, animations, and videos
- Develop social content programmes in partnership with the broader team
- Design consumer emails and support email campaigns using drag‑and‑drop builders
- Create digital toolkit assets for new product launches and brand campaigns
- Support web updates and design requirements for DTC, global brand, and corporate websites
- Develop retailer assets including Amazon A+ content, brand shop templates, and product icons
- Retouch product and lifestyle photography—cleaning, cutting out, and preparing imagery for digital channels
- Support the roll‑out of new branding across multiple touchpoints
- Actively challenge creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and impact—never settle for 'good enough'
- Liaise regularly with brief originators to understand project goals and deliver against clear creative direction
- Engage with the Studio Manager and team to ensure efficient delivery within agreed timelines
- Participate in skill‑sharing sessions and take ownership of your own development
What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:
- Some In‑house design experience (agency or corporate environment) with a demonstrated portfolio of digital work
- Strong layout and composition skills—your portfolio clearly demonstrates clean, intentional design with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfort with minimal, clean editorial design styles aligned to brand guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment—juggling multiple briefs without losing quality
- Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to learn from every project and team member
- Real passion for design and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
- Familiarity with drag‑and‑drop web builders or email platforms
- Video editing experience
- Higher education qualification in design or related field
If this sounds like the challenge you've been waiting for, we'd love to see your portfolio. Send us your CV and your best work—we can't wait to see what you create.
