We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to support our digital creative team over the next few months. This role will be a great opportunity for someone with strong experience of both digital and motion design.

You will be working alongside the existing team of four digital creatives and be responsible for delivering high-quality digital assets across campaigns, web, email, social and motion, whilst working cross-functionally with digital content marketing teams and regional teams across the globe.

You’ll work closely with the studio manager to ensure the production of digital assets continues to flow smoothly, maintaining creative standards and adhering to our brand guidelines.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering digital requests briefed into the Brand Team, balancing both static and motion output.
  • Supporting the concept and creation of launch assets for NPD (new product development) & Ecommerce Sales events via digital playbooks.
  • Experience of taking initial concept design through to final live asset generation and regional rollouts, across both static and motion deliverables.
  • Website landing page and homepage takeover design.
  • Social media content (static and motion).
  • PPC banners (Static and animated banners).
  • Motion content for campaigns, product launches and social channels.
  • Animation and motion graphics.
  • Emails for Sales and promotion.
  • Amazon A+ Content.
  • Iconology.
  • Infographics.
  • Motion design and animation.
  • Equal weighting alongside static design work.
  • Creating, editing and delivering motion assets for campaigns, social channels, paid media and product launches.
  • Storyboarding and concept development.
  • Motion graphics.

  • Editing motion content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
  • Repurposing motion assets across formats and regional markets.
  • Website Design and Build.
  • Experience of using a Content Management System such as Magento or Shopify.
  • Creating and designing assets to be used on the website (including Homepage banners, Product page imagery, Learn More pages, Icons).
  • Making edits on the platform in line with Ecommerce requirements.
  • Experience of designing for Mobile first.
  • Knowledge of UX and UI design principles.
  • Experience of App design.
  • Meeting Web Accessibility standards.
  • SEO Knowledge.
  • Wireframes, process flows and prototypes.
  • A/B testing banners.
  • Email design and build.
  • Experience of designing and building consumer emails for regional markets.
  • Experience of email platforms such as Bloomreach & Klayvio.

What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:

  • Proven design experience across both static and motion, with the ability to take a brief from concept through to delivery.
  • Experienced Digital Designer with elevated working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with strong capability across both static design and motion design.
  • Strong working knowledge of an eCommerce environment and ability to apply brand guidelines in a digital context.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, confident presenting work and welcoming feedback.
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills, comfortable working unsupported and as part of a team.
  • Analytical, results orientated and solutions focused, with a “How can I help to improve” mindset.
