Junior e Commerce National Account Manager
We are looking for a Junior e Commerce National Account Manager to join our brilliant e Commerce team and support them in this rapidly growing area of the business!
This role will work closely with the Senior e Commerce Manager to execute key e Commerce initiatives, optimise digital shelf performance, improve conversion, and support retailer and marketplace growth plans.
You will also support the growth of our online business across the EU10 region.

What you will be doing
- e Commerce Growth & Execution
- Support delivery of the EU10 e Commerce growth strategy across key customers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Implement online merchandising plans to maximise visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
- Manage product listings, content optimisation, imagery, and digital shelf standards across priority retailers.
- Support promotional planning, campaign execution, and seasonal activations.
- Identify opportunities to improve online customer journeys and conversion performance.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, share, and profitability metrics.
- Analyse customer and channel performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Track key KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to the Senior e Commerce Manager.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes with e Commerce insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Category, and Finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Support retailer account teams with e Commerce expertise, recommendations, and best practice.
- Coordinate with external agencies and platform partners where required.
- Market & Competitor Insight
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and category trends across EU10 markets.
- Stay updated on retailer platform developments, marketplace trends, and emerging e Commerce opportunities.
What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job
- Commercial experience from an FMCG background, e Commerce national account management would be beneficial
- Understanding of key e Commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, basket size, and availability.
- Experience managing product content and digital shelf execution is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
