Here at Mayborn Group, the company behind the Tommee Tippee brand, we’re looking for a Content Coordinator to join our vibrant Creative team to schedule, organise and review content production. This is an exciting opportunity to gain some experience with a fast-paced, industry-leading brand in a highly organised position to coordinate content production.

What you will be doing as a Content Coordinator:

  • Receive briefs from NPD to determine project requirements
  • Brief internal stakeholders on the production process from photography to copywriting, design and video
  • Schedule content production process with internal departments including photography, digital, copywriting, packaging and social media
  • Coordinate the process, keeping stakeholders updated and projects on track
  • Manage and collate assets produced including photography edits, imagery etc.
  • Review finished assets with management and upload to relevant platforms
  • General admin for photoshoots including organising props
  • Attending some photoshoots/sets

What skills and experience you’ll need to ace this job:

  • A degree in Marketing, a creative discipline or similar. Equivalent experience would also be great
  • Experience in an administrative role or job that can demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • An eye for exciting creative across all channels including social media, emails and video
