The Network Development Associate at HelpAge International will play a key role in strengthening coordination, engagement, and communication across the HelpAge Global Network. Working closely with the Network Platform Manager, Regional Advisers, and colleagues across the Global Impact Team, the post-holder will help cultivate strong member relationships, enhance knowledge-sharing, and amplify member voices from the Asia Pacific region and beyond. This role directly contributes to advancing HelpAge's strategic ambition of fostering a thriving, locally led network that drives meaningful impact for older people globally.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination, engagement, and communication across the HelpAge Global Network.
- Collaborate with the Network Platform Manager, Regional Advisers, and colleagues in the Global Impact Team to cultivate member relationships and amplify member voices.
- Assist in knowledge-sharing activities and organize online events to facilitate information exchange.
Qualifications
- Experience in network coordination, member engagement, or administrative support, preferably within international development, humanitarian, or civil society contexts.
- Strong digital confidence, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across culturally diverse settings.
- Experience in organising online events, drafting communications content, and supporting knowledge-exchange processes.
